Primary workflow
- Sign in as
manager.alpha@acelearning.test. - Open Assigned Courses and edit the outline.
- Create Sessions and Video, PDF, Text or Quiz Units.
- Publish content, then review Learners and Learning Activity.
- Attempt to open the other manager's course and confirm access is denied.
Assignment boundary
Course Managers can edit only their assigned Courses. They cannot create Courses or transfer a Course to another manager.
Video sources
Each Video Unit accepts exactly one source: an MP4 upload up to 500 MB, or a trusted YouTube, Vimeo or HTTPS MP4 URL. Switching source removes the previous value.
