Primary workflow
- Manage Users & Roles and assign Course Managers.
- Create Courses and assign one active manager to each. Use Edit Course to transfer responsibility to another active Course Manager.
- Create single-course Products or multi-course Bundles.
- Create fixed or percentage Coupons with a total usage limit.
- Inspect Order snapshots, Enrollments, Certificates and Audit Logs, including Course creation and manager transfers.
Order boundary
Administrators may cancel or expire pending Orders. They cannot edit amounts, delete transaction history or manually turn a balance Order into Completed.
